Privacy Policy
Effective: August 1, 2026
The short version
This site doesn't track you. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no social-media embeds, no third-party fonts or scripts. It's a portfolio — you look at art, and the site doesn't look back.
The slightly longer version
What this site collects: nothing, directly. There are no contact forms, account systems, comment sections, or newsletters. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
Hosting. This site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which — like any web host — processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. I don't access or use this information to identify visitors. Cloudflare's own privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Media and fonts. All images, video, audio, and fonts are hosted on this site's own domains (kimberly.ai and media.kimberly.ai). No content is loaded from third-party servers, which means no outside company learns you visited.
Email. If you choose to email me, your message and address arrive in my inbox (handled by my email provider) and are used only to reply to you. I don't add you to any list, and I don't share your address with anyone.
External links. Pages here may link to other websites (for example, my art archive at kimberlydarwin.art). Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Children. This site is a general-audience portfolio and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, children included — because it doesn't collect information.
Changes. If the site ever adds features that change any of the above, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date.
Contact. Questions about this policy: hello@kimberly.ai
One more note, in the spirit of transparency this site is built on: some artwork and video here was created with the assistance of AI tools, always under my direction — provenance is noted in captions throughout. That's a disclosure about the art, not about you; none of it involves your data.
